A wireless alarm control panel is much easier to install when compared wired. The lynx touch is even compatible with bi-directional wireless devices such as Honeywell 5828 or 5828v alarm keypads. The second user code is master which used for menu programming.

It does not come in the original box but has never been installed. Instead of mounting the metal alarm cabinet with control panel circuit board installed inside, and then also wiring an keypad out to a remote location, lynx touch wireless has integrated together in single plastic housing. The lynx touch is first self-contained wireless security system to feature a graphic touchscreen display.

The L5000 also has capability to monitor 1 hardwired zone which would be wired directly lynx touch wireless alarm control panel. During an alarm event, the L5000 speaker will also provide voice annunciation of zone that was activated using programmed number or custom descriptor.
